Combining each role and feature and adding a benefit allows you to expand them into user stories.
Some user stories might describe providing access to your product by other software systems, for example via an API. In this case, you could use a user role such as “External System.” A user role doesn’t need to represent a human.
Grouping user stories into three buckets lets you take a first pass at a rough prioritization. Must have means you need the user story in order to provide at least some value to some portion of your customer base. This is often referred to as the “minimum viable product,” or “MVP.” Nice to have stories are those you can add if you have time, and someday maybe stories are off in the future.
